1. Definitions

  • "Destination X Marketing" refers to Destination X Marketing Ltd, a provider of specialised marketing training and consultancy services.
  • "Client" means any person, company, or legal entity engaging with Destination X Marketing for the provision of Services.
  • "Course" includes any structured form of training, workshop, or educational programme facilitated by Destination X Marketing.
  • "Participant" is any individual who registers or is registered to take part in a Course.
  • "Trainer" denotes an individual appointed by Destination X Marketing to conduct training.
  • "Services" cover all forms of goods and services provided by Destination X Marketing as stipulated and agreed upon under the contractual terms.
  • "Booking Date" is the agreed date upon which Destination X Marketing commits to providing the specified Course or Services.
  • "Intellectual Property" pertains to all training content, manuals, consultancy advice, and confidential information provided by
    Destination X Marketing, whether undercopyright protection or not.
  • "Confidential Information" includes any sensitive information disclosed during the engagement that is not publicly available and is deemed confidential.

2. Scope of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions embody the full agreement concerning the Services provided by Destination X Marketing to the Client. No deviation from these terms will be recognized unless explicitly agreed in writing by an authorised representative of Destination X Marketing.

3. Training Courses

General Guidance: The structure, duration, and schedule of Courses are intended for general guidance and are subject to reasonable modifications, including alterations in content, timing, and venue based on operational needs or unforeseen circumstances.

Verification Process: To prevent misunderstandings, Clients are required to verify Course availability and location directly through Destination X Marketing’s official communication channels prior to making any logistical arrangements.

5. Cancellation and Postponement

Force Majeure: Events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, industrial action, significant weather events, pandemics, or civil unrest, may necessitate changes to Course arrangements. In such cases, Destination X Marketing retains the right to adjust or cancel sessions.

Client Notice Requirements: Cancellation or postponement notices from Clients must be submitted in writing via email or recorded delivery. The corresponding refunds are categorised as follows:

  1. More than 28 Days prior: Full refund
  2. 14 to 27 Days prior: 75% refund
  3. 10 to 13 Days prior: 25% refund
  4. Less than 10 Days prior: No refund

Alternative Completion Date: If postponement is necessary, Destination X Marketing and the Client will agree upon a new completion date. We will not be accountable for any client-incurred costs or non-refundable expenses.

6. Specific Rules and Conditions for Participants

Course Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to all course guidelines, respecting the learning environment by avoiding disruptive behaviour or interference with the course delivery.

Termination of Enrolment: Instances of non-compliance or disruptive behaviour may lead to enrolment termination without a refund. Participants may contest such decisions by contacting Destination X Marketing’s customer service.

7. Intellectual Property and Usage of Course Materials

Course materials are provided strictly for the participant's personal or internal business education and must not be copied, shared, or used beyond the scope without explicit written permission from Destination X Marketing.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

9. Pricing and VAT

All prices quoted by Destination X Marketing exclude Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be applied at the current rate.

10. Payment Terms

Full payment for Courses must be made at the time of booking. If this is not feasible, all payments must be completed no later than 14 days prior to the commencement of the course. These terms apply to all bookings, including standard and late registrations. Specific billing arrangements, especially those diverging from the standard terms, must be explicitly agreed upon in writing by Destination X Marketing.
